The “56th Annual Shizuoka Hobby Show,” the largest plastic model and hobby trade fair, was held on May 13th (Sat) and the 14th (Sun) at Twin Messe Shizuoka.
Famous domestic manufactures of products such as plastic models, radio controlled cars, and railway models were gathered in one building and announced several new products at the event.
The Bandai booth featured a variety of the latest Gunpla and character models from series such as Gundam Build Fighters: GM’s Counterattack, Gundam Build Fighters: Battlogue, Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans Steel Moon, the currently streaming second season of Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt, Mobile Suit Gundam Twilight AXIS, which is scheduled to begin streaming from June 23rd (Fri), Mobile Suit Gundam THE ORIGIN: Clash, Battle of Loum, scheduled to screen in theaters countrywide starting from September 2nd (Sat), and more. It was an enormous success.
