Comics Festival in Tohoku begins December 2nd in Sendai, Miyagi!
Panels with popular artists like Yoshikazu Yasuhiko and comics displays on hand!
The comics industry's project to support Tohoku, 'Comics Festival in Tohoku', will be held from December 2nd through 4th in Sendai, Miyagi.
Among the attactions are panels with popular artists and comics displays. On the 3rd, Mobile Suit Gundam The Origin artist Yoshikazu Yasuhiko will speak.
RSVP on the official site to claim your seat! admission is limited to 200.
Also on the 3rd and the 4th, a collection of messages from comickers supporting Tohoku will be on display, a stamp rally will be held with e-money and e-readers as prizes, and attendees can meet and shake hands with their favorite characters!

The participating publishers are also holding a Tohoku-only promotion where purchasers of certain collected volumed get a postcard. There are 10 varieties, including one for Gundam The Origin. The promotion will run through January 31st.
