A teaser visual for Mobile Suit Gundam THE WITCH FROM MERCURY, the latest Gundam TV animation series scheduled to begin broadcasting in October, was revealed today on Tuesday, March 29th.
The teaser visual depicts the protagonist of the series and Gundam Aerial, the protagonist’s Mobile Suit.
The production of a foreword episode “PROLOGUE” of Mobile Suit Gundam THE WITCH FROM MERCURY
, has also been decided. Setting images for Gundam Lfrith and Berguir-Beu, two Mobile Suits that will be featured in the PROLOGUE have also been revealed.
Gundam Aerial, Gundam Lfrith, and Berguir-Beu will also be available as GUNPLA kits. Here are the details:

The PROLOGUE is scheduled to release this summer before the broadcast of the main anime series, which begins in October. It will be shown for the first time at GUNDAM NEXT FUTURE -LINK THE UNIVERSE-, an event that will take place across venues such as GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA and THE GUNDAM BASE Virtual World.
GUNDAM NEXT FUTURE -LINK THE UNIVERSE- is the first event that links the Life-Sized Gundam around the world: the Moving Gundam in Yokohama, Kanagawa; the Life-Sized Unicorn Gundam in Odaiba, Tokyo; the Life-Sized Freedom Gundam in Shanghai, China; and the Life-Sized v Gundam in Fukuoka, which will be unveiled in April. Details of the event will be announced at a later date, so stay tuned for more information.
