The Art of Gundam, the biggest-ever exhibition of Mobile Suit Gundam materials, opens July 18th at Mori Arts Center Gallery in Roppongi, Tokyo.
Over 1,000 pieces of production materials and other works by Gundam's creators, along with light, sound, and video displays, will draw visitors into the world of Gundam. With screenings of the new "All G Tribute Chronicle Ver. 2" and a display of the 1,000 Gunpla built by visitors to last year's Osaka exhibition, there's plenty to experience.
And of course, souvenirs including exclusive Gunpla will be on sale.
On July 17th, shortly before the opening, a press conference featuring Toru Furuya (voice of Amuro Ray) and Sunrise General Manager Sasaki was held at the gallery. The two spoke of exhibition highlights and memories of making Gundam.
